Black Meridian provides an AI-powered visual logic board application. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mikhail Grnatenko and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

In no event shall Mikhail Grnatenko, nor their directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
