Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
Because Black Meridian incurs costs for AI processing (API usage) as soon as you use the service, we generally do not offer refunds for our Pro or other paid subscription plans once you have started using the paid features.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe you have been billed in error, or if there is a severe technical issue preventing you from using the service, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
